Our Services
Prime Services Solutions LLC provides independent propane coordination, vendor management, and inspection scheduling. We are NOT a propane supplier and do not deliver fuel, install equipment, or perform physical service work. All physical work is performed by licensed third parties.
Eligibility & Authorization
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts. To coordinate with your vendor, you must provide written authorization, which you may revoke in writing at any time.
Fees & Payment
Service fees are billed monthly or annually as outlined in your plan. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law. We may modify fees with 30 days’ notice.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain a valid agreement with a licensed propane provider, comply with safety regulations, and pay vendor invoices on time.
Emergency Disclaimer
WE DO NOT HANDLE EMERGENCIES. For gas leaks, fires, or any safety emergency, contact 911 and your propane provider’s emergency line immediately.
Limitations of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for vendor acts, fuel quality, equipment failures, or safety incidents. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We disclaim all indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing at any time. Outstanding fees become immediately due upon termination.
