This Refund Policy applies only to fees paid directly to Prime Services Solutions LLC. It does NOT apply to charges from your propane vendor, fuel deliveries, or third-party inspection costs.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our coordination services. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund of service fees paid to Prime Services Solutions LLC within 60 days of your initial enrollment. This guarantee applies to first-time customers only and covers our subscription service fees. Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as certified inspection fees paid to licensed technicians) are not included in the refund.
Subscription Plans
Monthly plans may be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle; fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable after the 60-day guarantee period. Annual plans qualify for a full refund within the 60-day guarantee window, or pro-rata refunds (less a 15% administrative fee) for unused full months thereafter.
One-Time Services
Refund requests for one-time services (inspections, audits, escalation cases) must be submitted within 7 days of payment and before the service is scheduled or performed. Once a technician is dispatched or service is delivered, fees are non-refundable. If we are unable to complete a service due to our error, you receive a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items
After the 60-day guarantee period expires, the following are non-refundable: setup or activation fees, services already rendered, vendor or third-party charges, fuel purchases, and fees for periods during which our coordination services were actively used.
How to Request a Refund
Email [billing@yourwebsite.com] with the subject “Refund Request” and include your name, account number, payment date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Service Failure
If we fail to deliver our coordination services as described, you may be eligible for a service credit or partial refund determined on a case-by-case basis.
Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing concerns. Unresolved disputes are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms and Conditions.
